I accept Medicaid (HUSKY), Magellan/Yale Health Plan, and Anthem insurances, as well as self-pay. I can further discuss fees for service during our intake session, and I will have you authorize me to bill your insurance should you chose to use it. I also offer a sliding scale for those not covered under insurance.

I am also an out-of-network provider for some insurances. If this is the case for your insurance plan you may be able to submit documentation to your insurance provider and obtain a partial reimbursement for services. Please contact your insurance provider prior to our intake session to obtain information regarding your co-pay, deductible, and covered services.
